The website is now updated! It now states the correct meeting place and time, as well as a clear link to our Facebook group. If you haven't already joined our Facebook group, please do so. We use it to remind you of meetings and also to share awesome Who-related things.

Soon we will be getting a new Torchwood Communications officer who will regularly update the website with important information. Hope to see you at future meetings!

We're now quite officially a club, with a site address that redirects here (http://clubs.uci.edu/whovians) and an e-mail address, whovians@clubs.uci.edu. We even won $5500 worth of Zipcar driving credit, which will take us to meet other Whovians and go to an amazing convention during Spring Break. Things have all been happening very quickly, so from now on, I'm only going to post things on here that are direct quotes from officer's important posts on Facebook. Why? Because I don't feel like paraphrasing things. What kind of English major do you take me for?

Please come to meetings. Also, remember to join us on Groopt for reminders of all our events, which I will often post links to on the Facebook. Huzzah!

I'm currently in the process of converting us to a real UCI clubs website, so until then, bear with me. All important updates will be posted on the Facebook group.

Thanks to everyone that attended the first meeting! Congratulations go to Myron Lozano for becoming our new fundraising chair.

Chris Kilby has also volunteered to design our T-Shirts. He deserves hugs from everybody.

For now, meetings will be held in DBH 1100, hopefully on Fridays. Until we can get the copyright issue worked out, we'll find other fun things to do at meetings. Hope to see you next week!

Everyone who paid their membership fee is now featured on the members page, beneath our lovely group picture. If anyone's name happens to be misspelled, or if someone was left out, please let me know. A small assortment of candid shots have now been added to the site as well. There will be more after every meeting.

Also, we're now actively looking for designs for our T-Shirt. Remember to submit ideas to the Facebook group for consideration! You could make a lot of Whovians very happy.

This is the official website for the (upcoming) Doctor Who club at UC Irvine! 

Meetings will most likely start sometime next fall, once we have a meeting place, schedule, and blah blah blah. I'll get back to you on that.
